How do I connect devices to hot spots on iPhone?
hOw do I connect my iPad2 it my iphone6s+ hot spot? I don't se how I ca chose my newly named network as a choice. In settings on the iPad.

On the iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot and turn it "On". (As a prerequisite, you must have hotspot pre-authorized through your cellular carrier. This often involves an extra charge, or cellular plan with plenty of cellular data included.)
Then on the iPad, go to Settings > WiFi and search for that cellular network name you created on the iPhone.
