My wife's iPhone 6 has stopped accepting all in-coming calls. Upon receipt of the call, it chimes three times (loudly) and goes directly to voice mail.
I have tried all the usual re-sets and re-starts. Any thoughts as to what I am missing?

Thanks for using Apple Discussions! I understand that the iPhone is ringing but not connecting the call? Great way to try and get the issue resolved on your own as well. If you have not tried checking the Do Not Disturb settings, the link below can assist you with that.

If the issue persists after checking your Do Not Disturb settings, you may want to contact your wireless carrier to see if there is an update or an issue on their end.
