Q: Touch Screen not Working after 9.3 upgrade?

After upgrading to 9.3 the touch screen on my iPhone 6 Plus has been intermittently not functioning. It will just stop working. I have to shut the phone down in order for it to start working again. Anyone else having this issue?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.2
