I'm trying to locate my Mum's iPhone who has misplaced it/had it stolen.
She has the Find My iPhone option on in Settings.
She had the phone connected to the internet and was using it just a few hours ago.
The phone appears to be off (although it does ring once and then goes to voicemail)
The Find My iPhone app says that if the device is offline you are still able to see the last location, provided it was connected to wifi or the internet in the last 24 horus.
My mum was using the internet on her phone today and yet the device says it is offline.
Can anyone help? What does this likely mean?
