iTunes incessantly starts

I am running OS X El Capitan version 10.11.5

I have iTunes 12.4.1.6 installed on my Mac.

It incessantly starts itself, even after closing and after I Force Quit.

Open at Login is not checked.

I removed from the Login Items list under Users & Groups.

This is not amusing me.....

Possible causes of this issue include:

Pressing the F7, F8, or F9 key on an Apple keyboard
Clicking a link to the iTunes Store in a web browser, or making such a link your home page
Dashboard alarm-clock widgets
Alarm-clock apps such as "Awaken"
Screen savers that play music or display album art
"Amazon Music"
"Logitech Media Server"
"FitBit"
A custom message alert sound in Mail, or maybe the equivalent in another app
An Apple Remote (not applicable to recent Macs)
Using an AppleTV when an infrared receiver is enabled (not applicable to recent Macs)
External speakers or headphones with a next-track control
Connecting an iPhone, iPad, or iPod via USB
An Automator service with a keyboard shortcut that you created and then forgot about
An Automator calendar event
Third-party launcher applications such as "LaunchBar."
