If you're on a corporate or educational network and you find that the option is disabled, ask the IT department.

Jun 6, 2016 7:02 PM in response to Nielby chimperil59,I have mine set up for multiple users. using the shutdown options just gives me a screen with the background photo. To shut it off, I'm having to drop it like a rock with the power button hold down. started right after this update was applied.

Not only uninstall it but remove any remnant of it in your Log-in Items
>System Preferences>Users&Groups>Account>Log-in items. Unlock the Padlock use the to delete
