Q: OSX v 10.11.5 update

If you're a home user, you almost certainly don't need to do anything. Configuration profiles generally aren't used for them.

If you're on a corporate or educational network and you find that the option is disabled, ask the IT department.

Are you using any Wacom tablet software?  This is causing some known issues.

Not only uninstall it but remove any remnant of it in your Log-in Items

>System Preferences>Users&Groups>Account>Log-in items.  Unlock the Padlock use the   to delete
