Q: Importing Excel Todo's into iCal

Would it be possible to write a script to periodically create new events in iCal, related to the certain Day columns & row priorities in this excel sheet?

I basically want to convert this sheets information into events in iCal so I can easily schedule the tasks, without having to copy all the tasks over manually.

I wouldn't necessarily need the event durations creating automatically; the Events could just be created as All Day Events and placed at the top of the calendar ready for me to drag into the timeline of each iCal day.
