Q: my apple id is disabled..

thanks for the reply...i checked your link..i had try all the ways..now let me explain my phone shows This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons,to unlock it i have to do verification, so i am going to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid#!&section=password in this it give to way 1st get an email and 2nd security questions.i dont remember security question so i have only one option is 1st one.But in this apple send email to (h****@me.com) so my question is that how can i access this mail.I have password of this but right now above difficulty are occurs...plz help me

my apple id is :h*****@icloud.com     email add is:h*****@me.com
