Q: Calendar won't sync between open windows

I have Calendar synced with Google Calendar, synced among 5 office iMacs. I recently encounterd an error with syncing. Having multiple windows open for the various Calendars (one for each employee) is easier to see the employee's day/week. However, on one of the computers if he adds an event to the employee only window it won't sync to the main calendar window. However, it will sync with the other computers. The reverse is also problematic. If he adds the event to the main calendar window it will not sync to the employee only window, nor will it sync to the other computers. Machines are running El Cap. I'm not sure where to start to trouble shoot this. hoping somebody has some insight or there is a known issue already.
