Not able to use validated fonts :(

Hi ye all!

First post from a person that is NOT tech at all, but in saying that have been looking around to try and sort this issue.

I bought a few fonts from Creative Market and downloaded some successful and its a straight forward process. But a bunch of them that came in a bundle strangely I can not get them to work. I can see them in the font book and I added and validated them (after troubleshooting) , and I cannot access them on the Windows programs for MAC I have. All programs were shut off when I downloaded and I also restarted my computer but I just can get them going.

I need help!
