How to change the name "Guest user" from English to my native language?

It used to be in Russian, but after I reinstalled Lion two months ago (on top of existing files without erasing) I now see it's in English all the time. I want it as before, how do I change its name to the Russian one permanently?

Mac OS X (10.7.5), MacBook Pro 15.4 mid-2012

Hi, Leroy

Thanks for your reply, however I was unable to set up the Russian since there wasn't any option for it listed when I executed the command.

You can see more in terminal copy & paste:

Russian according to the language ISO-639 code is either: ru or rus

I see now:

Make Russian language is the primary language

I bought it in Lithuania at an Apple Reseller Store. I hadn't had to use that language setup function but I can assure you that till the last reinstallation of Lion (I bought it with Lion prei-enstalled by default at the end of 2013) Login screen all was with Russian guest user account's name along with all the buttons on the login screen. I reinstalled Lion two months ago and am having this issue since then.

I am afraid I can help no further with this issue, so sorry.

If it is possible to restore form a Time Machine backup previous to the conundrum, you could regain your preferred guest log-in Lang.

all the best

A one more strange thing is that the guest user's name is in Russian both when I'm in my own admin account and in menu drop downs, unfolding when hitting Apple icon in Guest User account and my username's one in my user account. My account:

Guest user's account:

Here it's in English and Guest User icon in the menu bar is briefly seen in Russian on login before changing itself to the English immediately afterwards.

I was finally able to find out the solution browsing these forums. In a thread started as far back as in 2009 a user posted this command that happens to be the correct and ultimate one.

sudo /System/Library/CoreServices/Language\ Chooser.app/Contents/MacOS/Language\ Chooser

It will initiate language selection tool, the one that appears at the initial steps of setting up OS X right after it has been installed and invokes GUI window with all the available languages, including the one I needed. Once you choose it and hit Return, this language gets assigned system-wide including other user account on your Mac. Though clever, it's certainly not that simple as Apple declares it to be, and not user-friendly, not speaking of installation glitches causing such mess.
