I can't have à live photo as a background (I can't even touch the live photo option) what can I do?
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2
On my iPhone 6S, running iOS 9.3.2, I created a live photo in Camera Roll.

That gave me the following choices:
It's a bit hard to see at the bottom, but I am offered to use Still, Perspective, or Live Photo as the wallpaper.
If you encounter different actions or responses, please elaborate.
