I cant see certain peoples texts in a group chat thread.

The group Message action is turned on in settings, so thats not the issue. Why cant I see their texts? Other iphone users can. Im not sure if they're iphone users or something else, but it seems Im the only one who doesnt see certain users messages. Help!
