Q: I just got a warning that at first glance looked like it was from Apple.

I just got a warning that at firs glance looked like it was from Apple. It said that a website that I just visited downloaded a worm onto my machine. My first inclination was to hit OK to allow a cleaning of the virus off my machine but then I looked at the address. It said apple.com(?)systemmessages.com (where I don't remember if the question mark and parentheses was a / or a . or a -) Is there such a site on apple?
