Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I understand when you open the iTunes Store app you can only see a blank page. I recommend trying the first 3 steps in the following article:
Restart the app
Restart your device
Check for iOS updates
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
