Q: my iphone 5s shut off during a phone call. I tried to reboot it but it wont turn on. I am trying to restore it via backup on my computer and when I put in my password it cycled thru a loading bar and said it couldnt be completed due to an error. help

Did iTunes give you any error message or error number?
