Blue Screen of Death...Urgent!!

Hey all. This is kinda urgent so any help is appreciated. So the story:

It all started last saturday the fourth. I plugged my iPhone 5s 32 GB into the car charger and it blue screened, which frightened me. I quickly unplugged and and soft restarted as soon as I saw it, and all was fine.

Since then, so three days later, I have had to restart it about 50+ times. So today I got fed up with this blue screen, and I decided that I would try to fix it. I looked around at solutions, and many say it happens shortly after a fix when you remove the screen, but I have had my phone for four months and have never had to remove the screen.

The next solution was to restore to factory default, so I decided to try it, after I backed up to iTunes that is 🙂

Finally, I was getting it restored, when all of a sudden, BAM. blue screened again.

Since then, it's been going through this mid restoration blue screen of death mode, and it's practically a piece of crappy metal now. I can't do anything. I can't force reboot, it'll blue screen. Can anyone give me advice? I have a vacation coming up and need my phone. Can anyone help?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2

Try Recovery Mode

Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes.

While your device is connected, force restart it: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, and don't release when you see the Apple logo.

Keep holding until you see the recovery mode screen and wait for it to restore.

You may have to do the above more than once as recovery mode is difficult to get into.

Restore as New first and then restore from backup if desired.

If the above steps do not help, you will have to have it tested at an Apple Store.
