    Having as much music on the phone as possible is nice so you can listen to a lot of different things.

     

    The first thing to check would be if there is any storage space available on the iPhone.  You can do this by following these instructions: Check your storage on your iPhone If there is storage available, then a more complete description, including iPhone model and iOS version being used, and any error messages being received, would help in troubleshooting the issue.
