Q: OS X Server 4.1.3 custom web data service location
I used server.app to select a custom data location and although my email is now live in the custom location my web sites remain at the original location. The primary purpose of the move was to regain disk space consumed by email on the startup volume.
The server hosts websites too. On test although a new web data structure is set up on the new drive the old web data structure is still live.
Although I filed this as a bug with Apple I am posting here as I need to 'activate' the new structure and am now torn between digging around to fix it and 'upgrading' to El Capitan and the latest version of OS X Server and then dealing with the consequences.
Thoughts welcome. Its a live server which have a clone of so I can try various methods before the real thing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Server.app
2. Select Server > Service Data and press 'Change Location'
3. Upon completion observe there is a new folder structure on the new drive /Volumes/NewDrive/Library/Server/Web/Data/Sites/Sitename (among others)
4. Add a file, say test.html to the webroot folder
5. It is not visible.
6. Add test.html to the original location of the webroot on the startup drive /Library/Server/Web/Data/Sites/Sitename
7. It is visible, proving that the web data although copied is not active in the new service data location
Expected Results:
The new webroot should be active.
Actual Results:
The old webroot remains.
Version:
4.1.3
