Q: Cannot Delete Photos off iPhone

I am trying to remove all the photos off my iPhone.

Basically I have filled up my iPhone, need to delete photos, I have also got rid of my iCloud (which was 200Gb) as it does not work as would have hoped and is no use to me...

Every time I try to delete the photos on my iPhone I can select them all, (2933) but when I delete them it only states 3 are being deleted?

Then after these are deleted, when I select all again I still have 2933 photos...

if you synced photos from your computer to the phone then you need to connect it to the computer and sync with another source where the photos you do not wish on the device are not located, an empty dir if you don't want any (you sync using iTunes on the photo tab)

Are you using iCloud Photo Library? If so please read the article below before attempting to delete photos as deleting in one device will delete them in all including iCloud.
