Podcast feed and cover not updating

Hi!

My podcast stopped updating and although i have a new episode published on Podomatic where i host my podcasts it doesn't seem to show on the itunes store. The same as the podcast cover. I host the cover on a separate image hosting site http://s19.postimg.org/r4ruby1lf/mrofeed1400.jpg

I validated both the original feed http://orestese.podomatic.com/rss2.xml and the feedFeedBurner feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/MroPresents (this is the feed i linked to itunes) and they both seem to be ok. I tried resynching the feed to but still nothing.

Can you please help me solve this issue?

Despite the title, your image is 1280 x 1280 px, lower than the minimum acceptable size of 1400 x 1400 px, and so won't update. When you have corrected this make sure to give the image a different filename from the original or the Store will have no way of knowing it's been updated. It can take some days for a new image to appear in the Store.

Your latest episode was posted about two days ago so it's not that unusual that the Store hasn't updated yet. It should do so within the next day: if it doesn't go to Podcasts Connect, sign in, select your podcast and click 'Refresh Feed'. Give it time - the Store may take a day or two to update. If that doesn't work, contact Support and ask for a re-index: that may solve it. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

Hi Roger,

Many thanks for your quick reply. I have re uploaded the cover image using a different hosting service (the previous one resized the image automatically to 1280) Here is the new link http://i.imgur.com/rO4wWP9.jpg

I have scheduled another refresh through Podcasts Connect to see if it works and email store support for a re-index. Will keep you posted!
