how do i change the privacy setting when i have lost/ forgot password?
So , about a month ago i lost the privacy password and to change them i need it . I cant reset my iPad as it needs it . so how can i change them ?

If you mean the restrictions passcode, then the only way to reset that is to restore the iPad as a new device. You cannot restore from a backup as the backup will simply replace the forgotten passcode again.
