Q: Missing content in purchased iBook

Hi, I purchased an iBook recently called Your Brain At Work. In part 2 track 3 the audio goes silent for 10 minutes. Then it comes back.

I need to understand where I report this and how do I get my content??

May I add that it is extremely annoying to spend money on content that does not work properly...... Last time I buy an audiobook.
