I know that having an issue where the playhead in an audiobook isn't moving within the iBooks app is not the Apple experience you expect. Don't worry, I'll do everything I can to help you!First, let’s make sure you have forced iBooks to close, and restarted your iPhone:
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Next, we would want to test this with different audiobook files and see if you notice duplicate or similar behaviors. Also you would want to test this on other devices with the same audiobooks, if you can.
