I am using Yosemite and Photoshop on a work Mac Pro.
The keys often need to be pressed twice to respond properly when using shortcuts. This is mostly happening in Photoshop but also in the finder for things such as choosing multiple files with the shift key.
It's incredibly frustrating and I'm wondering if it's a settings issue or its actually a Yosemite bug.

If your Wi-Fi is capable of generating a 5 GHz signal, try that.
Restart the computer holding down the command - option/alt - P - R keys before the gray screen appears. Continue to hold until you hear the startup chime for the second time.

As a test, have you tried attaching the keyboard directly to the computer? Do you have access to another keyboard to try? That might help determine whether it is a keyboard or computer problem.
