Q: I downloaded latest vs. of I Tunes yesterday on my windows 10 laptop and now I Tunes will hardly ever open and when it does nothing works.

updated to latest I tunes yesterday on windows 10 laptop, now nothing works.

Remove iTunes completely. Follow this article: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support

 

Then reinstall iTunes 12.4.1 after restarting your PC and making sure all traces of iTunes software is removed. Note: do not delete your iTunes library.
