I have forgotten my in-app purchase restriction code. I have tried restoring and that didn't work. I have 8 failed attempts and have run out of number combinations I've used in the past. Any ideas? Third generation iPad.
Furthermore, why doesn't Apple let me reset it while logged into my iTunes account or have a "forgot passcode" selection so they can allow me to reset the code? Is my only option to "wipe" my iPad and start from new? What good is that when I have purchases, do I lose them and now have to repurchase?
