Setting GeoTag Location Information

Our museum is located near a university but is not part of it. When visitors take photos while at our Museum they are being geotagged as being at the university and not at our museum.

How do we go about updating the geotag information so that it properly reports where the visitor took their photo? Is there more than one source?

Thanks

It's not the geotagging itself, it's the interpretation of what point of interest it's near to that is at fault here.

Apple uses many sources for Maps information, but you report it to Apple from within the Maps app. Search for your institution, then tap on the pin to get details about it. Scroll that window down and tap on Report an Issue.
