Q: Locked out
May I start by explaining i'm no tech wizard, I can get by but thats it.I have recently decided to upgrade from my i-phone 4s to the SE & in preparation decided to upload to the i-cloud, something I've not used before usually backing up to the i-mac, in attempting to do so I have somehow managed to lock myself out of my 4s being asked to log in with the account name & password i used to set the phone up, not a clue, thought I had written it down but that is not being excepted. During this process I am now being asked for passwords on my mac & i-pod, i-tunes, i-cloud ect. that are not being excepted. I totally except that the problem has been caused by 'human error' but is there anybody out there that can offer constructive sensible advice. (I have tried tech support but got fed up with the queuing).
