Q: Managing subscriptions/un subscribing
I am trying to unsubscribe from all of my existing subscriptions (including Apple music) but I cannot. I already went to my Apple ID in settings on my iPhone and went to manage subscriptions but I have no options of removing my subscriptions. I have a negative balance on my card so i cannot use my card and I have no other but I do not have access to the NONE option in my payment section because I'm still subscribed. It's like a vicious circle. I can't do one without the other. Help. Thank you.

If you followed them and still can't unsubscribe, I would guess it's because you have balance due. Contact Apple Store support directly. Start with the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.
