Q: My apple watch's back fell off

I bought my apple watch in April 2015 and used well. But when I detached the watch from magnetic charger its back fell off but works well except the back fell off when I connect the magnetic charger or detach the charger. (The ceramic back fell off from watch and stick to charger.)

I don't dare to go to Apple care center because my 1-year warranty of watch is over. Is there anyone who get repaired about this issue of warranty over watch?

You can make a Genius Bar appointment at your Apple Store without a warranty. There is no charge.

    Hi,

Since the watch is no longer covered by the one year limited warranty, take it to a regular watch repair store. They may be able to fix the back for you.

As I said earlier you can make a Genius Bar appointment and have an Apple Genius look at it. If you are not too far out of warranty and there is no sign of misuse they might be able to assist you at no charge but if they can't you can do an out-of-warranty replacement for $229.

DO NOT take it to a regular watch repair store. They will have no experience with this type of device, they cannot acquire parts for them and if they do work on it you will no longer be able to go to Apple for an out-of-warranty replacement as I spoke of above.
