Why don't we show the good people where the edit button is. Give me a second. Thanks.

I think it's absolutely ******* atrocious.  Full stop.  Normally I don't care enough about a website's redesign to feel one way or the other about it, but this is just awful.  I mean, incredibly, horribly awful.

Don't sugar coat it. Let us know how you really feel.   I very much agree. It looks like crap that was designed for a child's book. Really, really bad crap.

It looks like "pretty" won out over function, now we have a while for it to be fixed. (Will it?)

It might take about a week to look "normal."

    Could you expand on that?

    (Sorry, couldn't resist. )

Sure, when the previous Forum went live two years ago you would have thought the world was ending, fistfights were breaking out, people were jumping from buildings. Now everybody wants that Forum back. Go figure.

Also: I just twice marked my own response as helpful. Now is that my narcissism or just a system glitch?

And my zoom commands are not working (FireFox. I cannot scale the pages.

But luckily I can still SHOUT. (using the "advanced" editor - an editor that cannot properly space lines with big fonts)

And what is whith this annoying "blowing your own trumpet?  There's something very cheezy and cheap about that.

Yeah, never better. Not really something to be proud of and boast about then: "We've always done it wrong and ugly, until now." I think Apple needs to recruit some better PR people, or a better editor. It's cringe time.

Nonono no, you don't get it. "We" don't want the last forum back, we want that one from before those changes two years ago back.

So, first you ask for opinions, but unless they are complimentary, you want to brush them aside with a disdainful "go figure"?

When I go to next page, it's not go at first post the page.

Quando vado alla pagina successiva, questa si apre in fondo alla pagina e non va all'inizio della pagina.

Well, so far, I can't see which threads are read and which aren't on any page except my own subscriptions. Unread used to be bold. Hopefully, that's a setting I'm missing.

(notice the size of the copy and paste above?) edit: Copy & Paste font size in the edit field is different than what finally post—convenient

I am disappointed STILL have to amend the community with /content  to see a compact view of the topics. Maybe I am missing something

    or

/content?filterID=contentstatus[published]~objecttype~objecttype[thread]   which used to also highlite and differentiate Read for unRead by bold print

I have to agree with Meg St._Clair  .

Its change for the sake of change with no real underlying improvement.

The underpinning of the apple help is what really needs fixing.

Would prefer to go into a set of indexes that list problems & various solutions that work - rather than using an SQL query to find a like posting.

I suppose worse is searching apple support that mixes in their help with posts from here - same issue SQL brings up too many unlike problems.

I don't like this update at all. Too much white. Too much wasted space. Too confusing.
