Why did my iphone started calling Egypt when I got on a train

Having your phone ring a location in Egypt is very interesting. Trust that Apple takes great measures to ensure the privacy and protection of your device. Great work in asking around about Siri. Siri could very well have heard the number over the train's speakers and dialed for you. A few items would need to align perfectly in order for that to happen.

I understand that Siri seems to have been disabled. You can confirm if Siri is on or off under Settings > General > Siri. Holding the home button, or having the iPhone's home button held down, will activate Siri. Siri may also be activated whilst saying "Hey Siri". There are instances where our daily speech could sound similar to "Hey Siri", activating that feature accidentally.

This same thing just happened to me and I was not using Siri. I was at home with another app open and it just started making the call.
