Jun 9, 2016 5:57 AM in response to Benny-Dannyby JimmyCMPIT,Does it do this with all excel docs or is it a specific doc?
if specific it generally caused by the layout on the screen being quite different than the page layout capability of the printer.
In this event you will need to format the layout to match the printer not the screen.

Jun 9, 2016 6:05 AM in response to JimmyCMPITby Benny-Danny,Well, this happens to all excel docs. I've tried now to open the excel file with numbers app and it also changes the layout and lines (and puts them similar to what I see on the paper).
This problem is really weird, because if I print the same file from a windows machine, it prints the same I see on screen.

Jun 9, 2016 6:18 AM in response to Benny-Dannyby JimmyCMPIT,is the printer on a system that is sharing out the printer or is it directly connected to the computer or a router?
are you using the correct drivers for the OS for your printer and is your printer compatible with OS X?
OS X Yosemite: Printing troubleshooting
does this happen with any other type of document or image or combination (like a web page)?
as a LAST RESORT have you reset the printing system?

Jun 9, 2016 6:24 AM in response to JimmyCMPITby Benny-Danny,1- It's an wi fi printer.
2- Yes, already downloaded and installed the correct drivers.
3 - In a web page or pdf it prints as showed on the screen.
I'm sending a print screen. As you can see, even in the print dialog, it shows things differently. In the background is the spreadsheet and in the front the printing dialog with the preview of what it will print.

Jun 9, 2016 6:56 AM in response to Benny-Dannyby JimmyCMPIT,outside of printing select parts of the sheet being defined on the document I'm not entirely sure

Does it work on any other mac that is available? (is another available?) If so are they in a different OS? If other macs are available do they behave the same with this document?
if you have not already you may wish to post on MS forms to see if this is a known problem.
