If I understood you correctly, you went to have your iPhone screen repaired at an Apple authorized service provider, but did not receive a confirmation email from the provider concerning your visit in? I understand you wanting to have some form of record. I would recommend that you contact the store by their phone number and have them pull up your repair/service order and email a copy of that to you if possible. They might not have had your correct email or only email such details when requested directly by the customer.
