Q: My iOS device Apps folder disappeared after the iTunes Windows ver 12.4.1.6 update

After the iTunes V.12.4.1.6 update on Windows 10, the Apps folder under my iOS devices has disappeared, as you can see at http://screencast.com/t/zlZHrflXXEr2. Any suggestions as to what happened with this V.12.4.1.6 update to cause this? Without this Apps folder under my iOS devices listing on iTunes, I can no longer organize my apps and groups on my iPhone & iPad home screens, nor can I add/fetch files to/from my iOS apps using iTunes.

Problem happens on Itunes 12.4.1.6

    Howdy rin.aus,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

I see you'd like to organize the apps on your iPhone in iTunes on your Windows PC.  The ability to do this can be found when clicking on the iPhone icon at the top navigation bar in iTunes, rather than the sidebar to browse the content on the iPhone.  Check out the screenshots below to see exactly where to find this information.

    1. Open iTunes. Make sure that you have the latest version.
    2. Connect your device to your computer using the included USB cable. Your connected device appears as an icon in the upper-left corner of the iTunes window. Learn what to do if you don't see the icon
    3. Click on the device icon . Look under Settings on the left side of the iTunes Window for a list of the content types that you can sync from your iTunes library to your device.

Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB

    Take care.
