Q: After the latest update on my computer, all of my songs have to be redownloaded from icloud and my tones are completely GONE. Sidenote: you claim I can download the tones from my account, but I have yet to see where - the tones I made are gone too.

I don't just want to know how to restore these. I want to know WHY this update cleared out my library and is requiring me to spend time having to download all of my songs again. I want to know WHY all of my tones are missing. I made some of those by app - they cannot be recovered. I tried to connect my phone to my computer to download a new tone I created, and it asked me if I wanted to treat it as a new phone - effectively deleting all the tones I have on my phone. Why am I dealing with this?
