iPhoneHi Marco Island Beachcomer
Try this:
- On one of you iOS devices, open the Mail app
- Go to the inbox of the offending account
- Tap "Edit" (top right)
- Tap "Mark All" (bottom left)
- Tap "Mark as Read"
If that is not an option and it says "Marks as Unread" instead, then Marks as Unread and repeat the process to "Mark as Read"

Jun 9, 2016 12:27 PM in response to Marco Island Beachcomerby kbclend9,This may be resolved by updating your software. Otherwise you can quit the mail app and re-open per Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If it persists perhaps try to remove your mail account and re-add. Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Hope it helps!

Jun 9, 2016 12:59 PM in response to Marco Island Beachcomerby kbclend9,Can you check at outlook.com that all are showing as read? I had an issue where the actual website had some old unread emails and those were showing.
Thanks!
