How can I change the date and time of stacks in Photos 1.5 like I could in iPhoto?

I often make screenshots of my videos when I have a free minute and would like to give all of them together the aprox. right time. I always selected one second between the pictures, but can´t find any possibility in the new App. Thanks for your help!
