Q: WLAN Symbol grau - ohne Funktion

I don't know anything about exchange costs or refurb costs.  You'd have to check with a certified/qualified Apple repair store near you, Sven.

Before you spend 200 Euro have you tried restoring your phone ?

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

When you restored your phone did everything work EXCEPT the Wifi?

So just to restate:

you dropped your iPhone 6,

your Wifi icon is not accessible (visible)

meaning you cannot even turn Wifi off or on from the Settings Menu and

restoring your iPhone 6 back to factory settings still does not restore your Wifi?

The antenna might well have been damaged by the fall.

You could try searching the Internet for damaged antenna iPhone 5 or iPhone 6.

You might find a reliable shop who could replace the antenna - but I have no experience in whether that is successful.
