Q: Ringtones from iTunes don't work
Ok so I bought some ringtones yesterday they were working perfectly then my phone died and they didn't work anymore even though it said they were set what do I do?

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities.
I understand that you purchased some ringtones and they were working properly until your iPhone battery was drained. Then, when you charged your iPhone the ringtones no longer worked properly. I like my ringtones too!
I would first restart your iPhone using the steps listed in this article:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the ringtones still do not work, I would then transfer your purchases to iTunes using the steps in this article:
Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
Then sync the tones to your iPhone like this:
Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB
Once you have finished syncing the tones to the iPhone, test them out.
