Upgrade

Hello,

I am experiencing trouble when trying to download apps. I get a message saying that I need to upgrade to iOS 9.2.1 in order to do so. Though each time I attempt to upgrade I get a message stating that "verification of the iOS 9.2.1 update failed because I'm not connected to the internet." I am connected but can't seem to get around this.

Any suggestions will be helpful!
