Go to Settings > iCloud > Photos > Turn on Photo library > All photos and videos will upload to iCloud.com and you can even choose optimize space. This will sent all original pictures and videos to iCloud and let in the iPhone a copy of it.
**Just be careful. If you erase a photo in your iPhone this will erase it from iCloud. This is mainly done to sync devices and free some space in iCloud.
