How do I move all my media to the iCloud to free up space on my iPhone 6?

Easy. This will help you to free up space but not all space. Go to Settings > iCloud > Photos > Turn on Photo library > All photos and videos will upload to iCloud.com and you can even choose optimize space. This will sent all original pictures and videos to iCloud and let in the iPhone a copy of it.
**Just be careful. If you erase a photo in your iPhone this will erase it from iCloud. This is mainly done to sync devices and free some space in iCloud.

SO is there any other way to free up space? Maybe emailing them to my account? Saving them there?

Are you just talking about photos, if so, iCloud Photo Library is probably the best solution.
ARe you talking about video taken on your phone, if so it's the same as photos, for music just remove it from your phone, it's already in the cloud (or on your computer if you sync it from the computer)
