This has been quite a process for me and my team.
We developed an app that has been in store for 3 years. We have made the occasional update here and there. Now for the reason "because we clicked the button" I was asked to fill out the canadian tax form. I sent an email stating that this was a community based app and was offered completely free by township, contained no advertising and allowed no in app purchases. Why do I need to fill out the form? Answer? Because you pressed the button!
Fine I pressed the button. IT took two weeks for this exchange of 1 email back and forth through support.
Fine I will fill out the form and fax it.
Now it is a month later and no approval. OK so I need this app out right away. Maybe I can transfer to another team member who's account is ready to go and can add an app if the wish with no problem. Uh no. You cannot transfer an app to a team member.
I just want to publish a completely free app that is and has been available in the store for three years. Can it be any harder? I feel that it can and still might.
