nsurlsessiond WHY so much downloading?

How do I get the process nsurlsessiond from swcdn.g.aaolimg.com to stop downloading so much.

It has been downloading 2-3gb per day? We are off grid and pay $200/mo for 7gb a month.

I have created at least 20 rules in little snitch and it still will not block the process. I have tried the bash script in terminal as suggested on some posts. It worked once, but no more. I am desperate for figuring out why. I only use iCloud for email & contact sync. No iCloud drive, document sharing or anything.

Thanks
