I need to know if I delete a pictures from my phone that was backed up already then I back up again after deleting the picture. Will the previously backed picture be there or in the new back up it won't be there because it was deleted from gallery so the new back update to the current basis ???

The new backup will only contain the current pictures.
The backup is a snapshot of what is on your phone - if you delete content then back the phone up - the back up will reflect that
The better option for saving pictures is an off device storage like Google Photos or Upthere.com or you can import them to a computer

So my gallery is about less than 2 gb but then i imported some 2 gb worth of pictures and all but that was temporary like for 20 mins then I deleted those 2 gb. But why the space covered by the gallery is still 4 gb when it should reduce back to the previous amount ? Why it's still that much I mean it's deleted from recently deleted !
Backup gets deleted with updating or not ?
