Q: Backup gets deleted with updating or not ?

I need to know if I delete a pictures from my phone that was backed up already then I back up again after deleting the picture.  Will the previously backed picture be there or in the new back up it won't be there because it was deleted from gallery so the new back update to the current basis ???
