Q: iPod Disabled

Hello,

My iPod was plugged into my speakers. I came into my room and when i took it out it said it was disabled for 24 million minutes! My home button is broken or else i would restore it. When I look in the DCIM file nothing is in there. I have enabled the show hidden files and still nothing shows up. I have looked at other posts but can't find anything else. I was wondering if there was any way to restore the iPod without the home button?

Thanks!

    Good day bmwools,

I believe that you can restore your iPod by turning it on, letting it sit on the lock screen, and connecting it to a computer that you have previously synced with. From there, you are able to restore your iPod to a previously backed-up version or restore it to factory settings (wiping everything).

    Good luck,

    Raymond
