I understand you're having an issue importing your iPhone photos to your PC, specifically that you're not seeing all of your photos when importing. I know how important it is to be able to save photos, and I am happy to help.
It's important to make sure all software is up to date. Follow these steps to check for updates:
- Check for updates to your photo-management software and iTunes.
- Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- Update your Mac or PC. In Windows, use the Windows Update application.
If you can't import photos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer
