How to fix error 29

i have tried to fix error 29 by these fixes

1. Change Battery | Check!

2. Ramrod Error | Check!

3. Capacitor blow | guess two might of blown since it is light silver and the rest are dark silver

that is all of the things i have done

i really need to get this fixed but it does not work please help!

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.3.2

This is a hardware issue. If you have tried all the steps mentioned in the article take your device to the Apple Store.

i do not have a apple store close by its like 500km from my house
